GUIDELINES

You can use the models for the purpose of entertainment and other circumstances, but make sure you read the UNACCEPTABLE section carefully before proceeding to download any models.
As long you credit me for the models, you can use the models for artwork, animations, etc.
You can use the models to port them into other 3D applications such as DAZ Studio, MMD, XNALara, and even game engines like Unreal, Unity, Source, or mods.
You can edit the models yourself if you'd like to give them additional features, such as extra outfits and cosmetics etc. However, if you plan on redistributing the model, you need my permission.
If you want to use the previous versions of a specific updated model, you can do so, but you need to download from my Patreon. No donations required.
You can also use the models as reference mannequins for drawing artwork, but make sure you credit me for the model you used to help your work.
If you would like to request a model being made, you can view the commission guidelines and send me an email if you'd like to make a purchase. Requests are not done for free.
You can use the models for a movie, TV show, cartoon, comic, etc. as long if you label J.C. Thornton's involvement and ask for his permission.
You can also use the models for educational purposes, such as using them as any example to learn anything you want to learn.
You can send J.C. an email if you have any other questions regarding the models.

Do not use the models for commercial purposes without J.C.'s consent.
Do not use the models for NSFW or 18+ Adult Pornographic content, unless you keep it to yourself.
Do not redistribute the models anywhere else without J.C.'s consent.
Do not republish the models and claim it as your own, edited or not.
Do not spam model requests to J.C., he does not, nor he will ever accept requests for free. It's only commissions.
Don't use the models for marketing without the consent of J.C., especially if it's a copyrighted character.
Don't use the models for the purpose of slander, harassment, or any other intent to harm others or yourself.
Don't use the models for anything without giving J.C. credit.
Don't plagiarize the models.
Don't tag J.C. on Social Media to any artwork, animations, etc. that contains inappropriate material involving his models.
Don't use the models for anything offensive, such as acts of racism, sexism, ableism, or any prejudice actions.
Don't use the models for anything political.

Any offended violations, J.C. WILL NOT be held accountable for any consequences.
